No. There is nothing to sign in to, no email, no password. Your answers, ratings and notes are stored on your device and are never uploaded.

Trait scores are stable, and Ethea does not claim to move them. What the training works on is behavior in specific situations — whether you speak first, whether you say the difficult thing, whether you notice what someone else is feeling. After each cycle you rate the same 20 situations again and see your own before and after. Ethea calls that a check-in, not proof: you have just spent 28 days practicing exactly these situations and know what you hope to see. It is useful to you — it is not evidence, and the app never pretends it is.
